Since 1997, ESTOS GmbH has been developing and selling innovative standard software and today is a leading supplier of Unified Communications products. ESTOS is selling its products over a broad range of partners. OEM partners, who are selling the ESTOS solutions under their own label as well as specialized distributors and leading system integrators. The key markets of ESTOS today are Germany, Austria and Switzerland. All products are available in german, English and French language. Additionally further language versions like Italian, Dutch, Polish and Russian do exist. Thanks to ambitous partners an increasing demand can be achieved in all European regions as well as multiple project inquries from Northamerica and Asia.

ESTOS is one of the few Unified Communications software vendors being certified by leading PBX manufacturers (Aastra Application Partner and Siemens Hipath Advanced Technology Partner). Furthermore ESTOS products have been evaluated within the Microsoft Gold Partner Program. ESTOS is Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with a competence in Unified Communications.

Estos Call Control Gateway

The call control gateway integrates via SIP and CSTA TAPI-enabled telephone systems and common CSTA-compliant systems with the Microsoft Lync Server 2010 and Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 (OCS) or the Microsoft Lync 2010 and Microsoft Office Communicator client (MOC). This reduces the need to purchase a new telephone system infrastructure and guarantees extended investment protection for existing traditional telephone system.

Integrates existing phone systems with the Lync Server 2010 via Remote Call Control Protocol

The telephony integration in the Lync Server 2010 is done trough Remote Call Control Protocol (an ECMA standard) which is a gateway for controlling and monitoring of VoIP, hybrid (based PBX) and Classic Switched.

Some of the new systems can be integrated with the Lync Server 2010 directly. But CallControl Gateway 3.0 can be ussed for all those older installed systems with CSTA support which don´t have the direct connection possibilities.
